1,900 ATT Technicians across South East join CWA District 3
On February 23, 2011 and February 24, 2011, the American Arbitration Association certified that a majority of the AT&T Premise Technicians Bargaining Unit in District 3 wish to be represented by the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO for the purpose of Collective Bargaining.
With 1,932 names submitted, CWA had over 70% signed cards. In addition, Locals and Organizers were able to get membership and dues authorization cards signed.
All District 3 Locals who have Premise Technicians in their jurisdiction participated along with our 75/25 Organizers.
