2015 CWA YP Bargaining Report # 11

The Bargaining Committee met with the company today (December 21st) to discuss the proposed new compensation plan. We have several questions regarding the proposed roles and responsibilities of the new sales titles. Other issues discussed were the proposed implementation timeline, the recent announcement of Brian Street (comp plan architect) leaving the company for other endeavors, and naming of his replacement, Julie Bunn.

It is our plan to meet with Julie Bunn on Tuesday December 22, 2015 to have further discussion regarding the new plan.

The next scheduled meeting is Tuesday December 22, 2015.
