CWA DEX/YP Bargaining update #8

2018. Today was a full day of DEX/YP BARGAINING
      
      The bargaining team met today with the company. The company presented additional info on Sales Drive which provided a clearer picture of the new sales compensation plan they want to implement with the new contract. The bargaining team presented an item for discussion as well as Proposal #1 about Healthcare benefits. 10/2/2018, the company will be discussing the open enrollment and the changes for the 2019 year. Also today, we are asking for real-time numbers for the Sales Drive to have the facts on this proposed sales tool.
