CWA D3 ATT SE Utilities Bargaining Report #7 @ 7:40 pm

Your Utilities Bargaining committee met today to try and reach an agreement on outstanding issues. After much discussion, we completed the open items on the table. We reached tentative agreements on a small increase to the “protective footwear” allowance increase, We have possible agreements on a couple other items but are waiting on the final language. The Company withdrew proposals to eliminate Sunday premium pay and elimination of the inclement weather letter of agreement. The Union also rejected the Company proposal to add a Temporary employee classification.

The remaining items, including wages and benefits, are at the Common Interest Table (CIT).

We are in recess until those issues are resolved.

Updated reports will be issued after we meet again.
