NDCA Bargaining Report ? July 16, 2013

Bargaining reconvened today with ND&CA. The Union stressed to the Company that wages and cost share were the main reasons the TA was rejected by the members and that we needed movement in these areas to reach another TA. The Company reiterated its position that this is a low cost unit and it did not have room to move.

The Union submitted proposals to increase wages and to lessen the impact of cost share.

We are in recess until 10 a.m. tomorrow.
