YP Southeast Advertising and Publishing Bargaining Report #8

The Union & Company met on Monday 8/6.  The majority of the session was spent discussing the Company proposed commission plan for the DASR title.  This is the first commission plan that we have been presented with and discussed in any type of detail.  While there were some aspects of the plan that we perceive as positives, there were many aspects of the plan that require further discussion.  We will continue to work out the details of the compensation plan and construct a plan that will work well for our members.

The Union & Company will meet again Tues 8/7 to continue discussing outstanding proposals.
