YP Southeast Publishing and Advertising Bargaining Report #13

The Union & Company met on Monday 8/13. The majority of the session was spent reviewing each of the outstanding proposals. TA’s were reached on several issues including updating the “monitoring & recording” language, Union representation language, definition of seniority dates and updates to the flex time language.

The Union & Company will meet again Tues 8/14 to continue discussing outstanding proposals, commission plans, market issues and issues surrounding benefits.
