2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #29
Your bargaining team met with the company in sub-committee today. We are continuing to plan our strategy for achievement. We have been very busy pouring over details in a closed door session this afternoon. We will be meeting with the company after 5 pm today.
We are making it clear to the company that our members deserve respect, relief from the company’s ridiculous quotas and adherence policies, affordable healthcare and work rules that allow us to work safely and continue to provide quality service to customers.
As our contract expiration draws near, we have heard the company has increased the amount of required overtime. It would be wise to use the extra money to help us remain infrangible in case a concerted union activity becomes necessary.
Nefarious: wicked, villainous or iniquitous
Special thanks to the Sage Group for providing barbeque for the bargaining team
