WFH Terminated Effective 10/12/2022
To: Network Operations Wireline Bargained employees
We believe being together in the workplace is an important part of building a culture where employees feel connected to their colleagues, a culture that fosters collaboration and teamwork. We do our best work when we collaborate, and we solve issues better when we're together. Today, we are announcing that the Network Operations organization is ready to begin returning our bargained employees who have been working remotely back to the office.
Timing
The plan for our team is to have bargained employees report to the office on October 12, 2022. Please plan to arrive at the start of your scheduled shift on October 12, 2022. If you are not scheduled on that day, plan to return at the start of your first shift after that date.
Entry Protocol
To make your transition back to the office easier, the Workplace Screening and Passcard process has been eliminated at this time.
However, employees must continue to self-assess for symptoms daily, and must not enter an AT&T workplace if symptoms are present. You can still use the app as a resource to understand your county's COVID risk level and for masking requirements. All employees must comply with the Workplace Behavior & Face Covering Guidelines
If you have additional questions, please contact your supervisor.
