AT&T Deadline to Announce Surplus for Third Quarter

Every 3 months AT&T by contract could announce a surplus for all core employees. They must also give the union a notice of that surplus. The date of That notification is 15 days prior to the beginning of the 3-month notice to employees. June 15th is the date AT&T should notify CWA of any surplus for the 3rd quarter. As soon as our local has any information about the surplus, we will post it.
