2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #4
Your committee met with AT&T today. CWA proposed six (6) positive changes. These proposals addressed breaks, qualifiers, training pay, objectives and quota relief in the customer market groups.
CWA also proposed an upgrade to the Field Services Technician Title.
AT&T then proposed extending the duration of temporary employees.
The company proposed upgrading “Back Office” Service Reps. to the Sales Associate Title.
The company proposed retrogressive payments of night differential.
Your committee adjourned the meeting to review the company’s proposals.
We will meet again tomorrow to exchange further proposals.
These negotiations are in their infancy stages. It is clear to your committee that AT&T is hesitant to share their record profits equitably. Your mobilization efforts will ultimately make the difference in showing this profitable corporation that it truly is OUR TURN
IT’S OUR TURN
