2015 CWA ATT SE BARGAINING REPORT #42
Today your Bargaining Team had caucuses amongst themselves as well as with CWA district leadership regarding the very comprehensive Draft we proposed dealing with work rules. We are drafting several packages to present to combat the company’s response to the draft we presented them late last night. The company has been reviewing our draft since we presented it. We will be meeting with them tonight to “simply” explain our proposal.
We understand that the bargaining reports are vague, however, remember to place blame where it belongs. The Company has refused to provide a satisfactory agreement. We have explained many times that our members perform very detailed work and will not sit idly by waiting on “Simple” Corporate executives to attempt to side step what needs to happen.
Members, your mobilization activities have not gone unnoticed. Please keep it up. All the pictures and actions that are taking place across the district are at a level that is causing media attention.
Remember to wear RED on Thursday!
