2015 CWA Print Media Bargaining Report #10
September 9, 2015 -- The Bargaining Committee met with the company today and presented the Company with a proposal that included accepting a change in the normal work day from 7 ½ hours to eight and the work week from 37 ½ to 40 hours, changing double-time start from 49 hours to 51 hours provided that the Company withdraws proposals relating to eliminating overtime, double-time, revising the authorized holiday schedule and revising the optional holiday provision.
The next meeting with the Company is scheduled for Thursday September 10, 2015.
