Brothers and Sisters,

In the next few days you will be receiving a text message or receiving an email concerning the law CWA has requested to stop mandatory vaccination as a condition of employment in the Great State of Mississippi– it is absolutely imperative that you contact your legislator as requested.  Here’s why:

  1. The bill to prevent vaccine mandates as a condition of employment has been proposed.  It is Senate Bill 2045 (SB2045).  It has been assigned to a committee and we don’t want it to die there--- BECAUSE IT CAN!!
  2. Even if you took the vaccine due to time constraints, this bill will prevent you from being required to boost it every 6 months.
  3. Even if you got an exemption, the Company can pull that away from you at any time!
  4. Your MS LPAT Team (James, Matt, Derek, Morice, Joe G, Sedgerick, Josh, Gary, Tim, Joey, Bonnie, and me) are providing you with the name, number, and email address of who to contact—all you have to do is reach out!
