On Friday May 31 - June 2, 2013 we held an Internal Organizing Training in Orlando, Fl with 17 participants from targeted locals and 3 Staff Representatives.   It was a great group of participants. No Presidents and very few principle officers.  We provided the class with a lot of information and one tool was their individual local's non member list and we asked them to develop a plan to recruit the non members. We asked them to shift from the number of non members to identifying who these non members are, tracking them and reporting the data to the District. This weekend of training proved we need each other to survive.
