2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #49
Your bargaining team met with the company today in an effort to gain positive movement. We continue to meet, facing an obstinate employer that seems to not understand or care about your needs.
We cannot be any clearer in our presentation but our efforts appear to be falling on deaf ears.
Your mobilization activities must intensify to send a message to Dallas.
Over the course of the past two months we have made some positive gains. Unfortunately these gains are minute compared to the company’s continued demands.
To add insult to injury, they have made substandard health and pension proposals and no wage offers. We continue to plod along but our patience, like yours is wearing thin.
Remember the boy scout motto and be prepared
It’s Our Turn
Stand Up! Fight Back!
