2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #70
The bargaining team met with the company today. We asked thorough and calculated questions in an effort to understand their close-fisted position toward our members. The answers we received were unsuitable, arbitrary and mediocre. The company has not agreed on many issues including healthcare, quota relief, pension, sick time and scope of work, etc. We are not here to play games or be bullied. The company seems to be delaying while blaming the union. They appear nervous and concerned that we will be successful in completing what we came here to achieve. We will not agree to an inadequate contract!
There is a conference call scheduled with all Local Presidents this afternoon to discuss our current situation. Local Presidents will be able to provide their members more specific information directly.
WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
