Centurylink / Lumen Bargaining Report #2
Brothers and Sisters, we have had many discussions over the remaining proposals. Some progress has been made in areas that could be beneficial to our members. But unfortunately, the company is digging in on certain proposals that threaten our job security and our ability to support our families. Take-backs being pushed across table from the Company, include: targeted layoffs, reducing recall rights while increasing contract labor, allowing the excessive use of contractors and non-bargaining employees, elimination of daily overtime, and reduction in premium payments. We will continue to fight for all our members and their families.
