CWA D3 ATT SE Bargaining Report #13
With the expiration of the working agreement quickly approaching the Union and the Company have been meeting well into the evening to attempt to secure an acceptable contract. Several proposals have been tentatively agreed but many issues having been discussed at length in both sub-committee and at the respective tables remain at issue.
Some Tentative Agreements (TA's) include:
- Improved language with regard to penalty pay counting towards hours worked for double-time threshold
- Increase to Split Tour Differential
- Change to pay check delivery for CPE Techs
- Change to tuition aid reimbursement
- Additional flexible excused work day for Consumer and Small Business Services
- Addition of Spouse's Grandparents to Immediate Family
- Vacation pay accrued when leaving company under certain circumstances
Your bargaining team will continue to fight for a fair and just contract and won't stop until one is reached.
We would also like to thank CWA Local 3902 in Birmingham, AL for the dreamland ribs.
