2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #44

Your Bargaining Team has been meeting with the company.  We have agreed to replace the Job Offer Guarantee with substantial improvements to Article 7 language and the Partnership Job Bank eligibility table.

We are currently immersed in several broad issues including quota relief, scope of work for Wire technicians, and warding off the Company’s attempt to discriminate against employees who are ill, by adversely affecting their pay.

We are continuing to work without a contract.  Continue your concerted activities, in order to reinforce that we are serious and to force the Company to bargain with us as legitimate employees.

Please come out and join us tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. at Corporate HQ in Atlanta.
