2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #15
Your Bargaining Team convened at the main today. We rejected the company’s proposals to severely restrict night differential and to remove language that relies on development as an alternative to discipline in Consumer Services, Finance and Small Business. The team also rejected the company’s proposal to force technicians on mandatory stand-by.
The company rejected our proposal to bring Wire Techs into the Core Contract under WS-31.
We are continuing our crusade at the bargaining level. Your mobilization actions are strong and your resolve is being noted and appreciated. We are not here to give back. We are here to attain a contract that moves the workforce in the same auspicious direction we have taken the company.
Coadunation: A union (as of dissimilar substances) in one body or mass
IT’S OUR TURN
Special thanks to Local 3603 in Charlotte, NC for the wonderful baskets. Thanks to you guys, we have plenty of nuts.
On an unrelated note, please keep our brothers and sisters in Kentucky in your thoughts and prayers as they work to rebuild after the recent flooding.
