District 3/ATT Mobility Bargaining - Report #2 - January 28, 2014
January 28, 2014
Your Mobility Bargaining committee met today with AT&T Company representatives. The Union did not pass any new proposals as we are waiting for responses from the company on the 29 we passed yesterday.
The company asked clarifying questions on Union proposals for Article 19, 21, 22, as well as some of the current Letters Of Agreement (LOA).
The company then passed a very regressive proposal on Short Term Disability (STD).
The Union asked several questions and stated we would give their proposal the consideration that was appropriate and respond later.
The bargaining session recessed so both parties could evaluate proposals and prepare responses.
We are scheduled to meet tomorrow morning for further discussions.
