As you may know, CWA members in District 9 have gone out on a two day Unfair Labor Practice Strike against their Core AT&T Company. We have received some reports from the field that this has put our members in the position of having to deal with non-striking workers and managers which have crossed District 9 picket lines. We have informed AT&T SE that we consider this the equivalent of asking our members to cross a virtual or “electronic” picket line. Should this issue arise in your area we recommend that you notify Staff and the District Office immediately so that we may take prompt steps to stop any of our members from being asked to cross a virtual or “electronic” picket line.
