CWA D3 ATT SE Bargaining Report #3
June 21, 2012 – The company continues to pass toxic proposals:
• Make all titles 40 hours per week with no pay adjustment.
• Eliminate term pay for dismissal for inability or inadaptability to perform the duties of the job (term pay for PMR)
• Add language to accrue vacation pay for certain separations from payroll (no automatic payout for unused vacation at separation)
• Eliminate language to provide printed contract books (make contract available electronically only).
Today, we will meet on Common Interest issues, vacation, benefits, holidays, etc. and anticipate the company will remain in its negative mode.
