District 3 Mobility Bargianing Report #4

The District 3 Mobility Bargaining Committee met again today with the Company. Once again, we led off by passing proposals calling for improvements in the articles on Non-Discrimination, Absences, Chargebacks and Personnel Records. We also rejected the Company’s regressive proposals on Benefits and Absences. The Company Chair rejected our proposal for a fully-negotiated commission plan stating that the Company has “…no interest in negotiating a commission plan”. The Company had no other responses or proposals.

The Bargaining Team would to thank Local 3902 for sending us a big box of ribs, which we plan on eating during the Superbowl on Sunday.
