The company has presented its first wage package, and it is not up to par.  Your bargaining team is preparing counters, so that we can position ourselves closer to an overall agreement.  If you do not know who your local’s strike captain is, reach out to the local and find out.  Remember, the contract extension expires Saturday at midnight.
