Dear sisters and brothers:

Since giving the 72-hour notice to terminate the contract, the Union has had extensive conversations with the Company. We remain extremely far apart at this time. The President of CWA can call a strike any time after the contract expires tomorrow morning, but as of now bargaining is set to resume in June 1st.  We will continue to bargain as long as we believe progress is being made.  In the meantime, your CWA Bargaining Team, will host a town hall call with all AT&T Mobility Bargaining Unit Members:

The purpose of the call is to update you on the current status of the bargaining process, NLRB charges, mobilization and to answer any questions.  Since we have limited ports available, if possible, please gather together in one location to join the call.

This will be a listen-only conference call; however, if you have questions prior to or during the call please email them to Local 3010 at union@cwalocal3010.org and include your name, job title and question(s). We will try to answer each question but our time is limited. If we don’t answer your question on the call, you will get a response back as quickly as possible, after the conference call.

Remember to get involved and contact your union steward, your Local leadership and your CWA bargaining committee if you have questions.  Working people deserve job security, fair wages, affordable healthcare, and retirement security.  We are Moving Forward Never Backwards! Desde que se le dio el aviso de 72-horas a AT&T para cancelar el convenio colectivo, su Unión ha tenido conversaciones extensas con la Compañía.  Sin embargo, nos mantenemos extremadamente alejados en este momento. El Presidente de CWA, Chris Shelton, puede convocar una huelga en cualquier momento después de que el contrato expire mañana por la mañana, pero por el momento la negociación se reanudará el 1 de junio. Seguiremos negociando mientras consideremos que se están haciendo progresos.  Es por esto, que su equipo de negociación de CWA organizará una conferencia telefónica abierta con todos los miembros unionados de AT&T Mobility:
