CWA D3 PR-AT&T MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #11

Dear brothers and sisters:

The Company and your CWA Bargaining Team met today. The Union rejected the Company’s outrageous Package Proposal presented yesterday.  Later, we presented proposals on Article 1, Agreement; Article 2, Recognition And Establishment Of The Unit; Article 3, Classification of Employees; Article 7, Grievance Procedure; LOA, MI60 Duties; LOA, Employment Security Commitment; Article 23, Holidays; Article 9, Arbitration LOA 11, Commission Committee; LOA Bill Bates Letter; a new Article 24, Excused Day With Pay; LOA 4, Monthly Sales Quota; LOA, Attendance Incentive Bonus LOA, Settlement Agreement Policy Language For Attendance Policies; LOA 3, Call Quality Observations; LOA, Mandatory Meetings; LOA 6, Timely Discipline; LOA Leave Of Absence; LOA, Union Time / Activities; LOA, National Transfer Plan; LOA, Memorandum Of VRN; LOA, Christmas Bonus; LOA, Puerto Rico Labor Law; LOA 5, At-risk Commission. The Union also submitted counterproposals in Article 14, Forced Adjustment; Article; Hours Of Work Article 19, Basis Of Compensation; Article 21, Absences; Article 22, Vacations. The presented proposals and counterproposals cover the demands of our membership and maintain the benefits acquired during the struggles and efforts of our members.  

However, the Company, rejected each and everyone of our proposals and presented to the Union another outrageous, exasperating and derogatory package of proposals that still aims to snatch and degrade the benefits already protected by the previous agreements.

Let's continue demonstrating to the Company that the LOCAL 3010 DOES NOT SURRENDER. Many thanks to the Mobility Sales and Service Center and the Business Customer Service Center who today showed management how solidarity looks during another one-minute applause! The message from local managers is reaching up the chain of command!  To all our Network colleagues who joined the mobilization and left the company's vehicles in their respective areas. Thank you all. SOLIDARITY IN ACTION!

Let the company know, loud and clear that NOT TAKE BACK We are moving forward NEVER backwards. We are AT&T 2020! Pa'Lante Siempre!

La Compañía y su Equipo de Negociación se reunieron hoy. La Union también presentó contrapropuestas para el Artículo 14, Forced Adjustment; Artículo; Hours Of Work Artículo 19, Basis Of Compensation; Artículo 21, Absences; Artículo 22, Vacations.  Las propuestas y contrapropuestas mencionadas cubren todas las exigencias de nuestra membrecía y mantendrían los beneficios adquiridos durante luchas y esfuerzos de nuestros miembros. 

Sin embargo, la Compañía rechazó cada una de nuestras propuestas y nos presentaron otro indignante, exasperante y despectivo, paquete de propuestas que aún buscan arrebatar y degradar los beneficios ya protegidos por los convenios anteriores.  Un paquete que tampoco responde a las necesidad de nuestros miembros en temas como plan médico, retiro y compensación.

Sigamos demostrándole a la compañía que la LOCAL 3010 NO SE RINDE. ¡Muchas gracias al Mobility Sales and Service Center y al Business Customer Service Center que hoy mostraron a la gerencia cómo se ve la solidaridad durante un aplauso de un minuto! A todos los compañeros de Network que se unieron a la movilización y entregaron los vehículos de la compañía en sus respectivas áreas. Gracias a todos. ¡SOLIDARIDAD EN ACCIÓN!

Estaremos reuniéndonos mañana 22 de febrero de 2019, fecha en la que expira nuestro Convenio Colectivo.
