CWA D3 ATT SE Utilities Bargaining Report #4
Your Utilities Bargaining committee met today with AT&T Company representatives today to continue discussions.
We passed revised proposals on increasing Personal days off and increasing separation pay. We also passed a new proposal to improve the Letter Of Agreement (LOA) on Return from Short Term Disability with medical restrictions.
The company did not have any new proposals to present.
Proposals have also been passed at the Common Interest table to eliminate the disparity in benefits in the Utility Operations contract versus the Bellsouth Telecommunications contract.
Your committee will continue to work on proposals and responses to the company proposals. Updated reports will be issued after we meet again
