YP Bargaining Report #5
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and again asked the Company for a compensation plan for 2016 and was informed again that the plan is not ready to be presented.
Your Bargaining Committee spent the day reviewing data provided by the Company outlining overtime, vacation time , PPT time and miscellaneous paid expenses over the previous three years and the head count broken down by titles.
The next meeting with the Company is scheduled for August 17th 2015.
