2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #56
Your Bargaining Team met today with AT&T.
We have tentatively agreed to renew the National Transfer Plan. We also received another inadequate Benefits proposal. They have reduced the amounts they want us to pay, but are still unrealistic and lacking regarding pension and savings issues. We have our consultants in Washington drawing up a counter proposal to present them with next week.
Progress is slow and we understand your frustration. Your mobilization efforts have been fantastic and have helped us in our efforts. It is our ultimate goal to reach an agreement that you deserve. CWA will not be bullied by the Boys in Dallas.
While we will continue to meet over the weekend, our next report will be on Monday.
Special thanks to Memphis Local 3806 for a great lunch.
