2015 CWA ATT BBI (Billing) Bargaining Report #5
August 28, 2015 - The company and union met today and agreed to the following proposals:
- Article 5.05 - the company agrees to add the unpaid excused day to the 3 paid excused days that can be used flexibly.
- Agreed to a Letter of Understanding to give employees the ability to use vacation days flexibly.
- To increase recall rights from 4 years to 5 years.
The company rejected the union proposals that would include BBI in the Aligning for Success MOA, increased travel allowances and to give a t least 2 hours notice of overtime.
BBI Bargaining remains in recess pending the outcome of the Common Interest Table.
