2015 CWA YP Bargaining Report #2
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and submitted proposals concerning Wage and Salary increases, the reinstatement of Pension accruals, special Christmas days, Vacation treatment for employees leaving the company, PPT, Average Pay for sales titles, automobile allowance, miscellaneous market assignment, charge backs, commission debit protection, and the addition of certain titles to the contract.
The Company submitted several proposals concerning overtime, tours, holiday pay, compensatory overtime, differential payments, authorized holidays, vacations, sickness payments, absences, force adjustment and employment security.
Your Bargaining Committee will be reviewing and discussing each of the proposals and preparing to respond to the Company.
The next meeting with the Company is scheduled for Wednesday July 29th.
