2015 CWA YP Bargaining Report # 7
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and again asked the Company for a compensation plan for 2016 and was informed again that the plan is not ready to be presented.
It has been explained that in concept, the new compensation plan is in its final stages but what remains to be figured out is the new roles and responsibilities for the entire company. The company claims to be introducing the new compensation plan in select areas in order to ensure that it addresses all previous compensation issues. The company is also trying to determine the best way to compensate the sales people - either on bookings or on billings.
There was lengthy discussion today surrounding suspensions (Article 11) and the probationary period for sales titles (Appendix C Part V). No decisions were reached on either.
The next meeting with the Company is scheduled for August 24th 2015.
