2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #75
Your bargaining team continues to assess the latest documentation we have received from AT&T.
As reported last Friday the company has established a website that is clearly designed to manipulate your thoughts.
Visit it at http://bargaining.att.com and let them know your true feelings (bet those don’t get published). Their contention that we should accept what they have offered because the employees in the Midwest did is somewhat hypocritical. Simply put, the salary and benefit costs are significantly different.
Healthcare costs to AT&T in 2014 were three thousand dollars ($3,000) less in the Southeast per employee yet they insist that you pay the same premiums as the Midwest.
Wonder why they don’t answer questions about this or any other questions posed on their website which are not complimentary to the company?
What we want, what we deserve is the FAIRNESS the company website claims is being offered.
Thanks to the South Carolina Mobilization Committee for the blue shirts and Local 3905 Huntsville, AL for the snacks
WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
