2015 AT&T PUERTO RICO MOBILITY BARGAINING REPORT #12

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Saturday to continue discussions. There was only one session at the afternoon.

The Union Tentatively Agreed two Proposals, the first one was the Article 16, Safety and the second was the LOA on At-Risk Commission. Moreover the Union rejected the company’s regressive proposal on Benefits.

Both parties went to all the proposals one by one to review all the languages proposed on them. The Company agreed to give proper consideration to the proposals and both parties agreed to have a meeting tomorrow Sunday on the morning.

We recessed for the day to continue working on additional proposals.

The next bargaining session is scheduled for Sunday.

Bargaining reports will be posted every day after we meet, or the next morning depending on the time we conclude.
