2015 ATT Puerto Rico Mobility Bargaining Report #14

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company Representatives on Monday to continue discussions. There were two sessions today, one in the morning and another one in the afternoon.

The Union Tentatively Agreed two Proposals, the first one was the Article 20, Travel and the second was both Article 9 and a new Side Letter on a Fast Track Resolution Process for Discipline Cases.

There were also several discussions related to the use of vehicles and the requirement of several certifications to our network techs.

We recessed for the day and will continue negotiations tomorrow morning. Nevertheless both parties are still far apart to reach a Tentative Agreement, but our contract stills in effect as the parties agreed to an extension last Friday night.

Bargaining reports will be posted every day after we meet, or the next morning depending on the time we conclude.

Su Comité Negociador tuvo dos sesiones de negociación hoy lunes con los representantes de la Compañía para continuar negociaciones.

La unión llegó a un Acuerdo Tentativo en 2 propuestas, la primera fue el Artículo de 20 de Viajes y el Artículo 9 de Arbitraje que incluye una nueva carta de acuerdo sobre un nuevo proceso expedito para casos disciplinarios.

También hubo varias discusiones relacionadas con el uso de vehículos y el requisito de certificaciones hacia nuestros técnicos.

Recesamos por el día y coordinamos reunirnos mañana en la mañana. Sin embargo, ambas partes estamos un tanto distantes de lograr un Acuerdo Tentativo, aunque nuestro Convenio sigue vigente pues ambas partes acordamos una extensión el pasado viernes en la noche.

Reportes de la negociación serán publicados todos los días luego de reunirnos, o la mañana siguiente dependiendo de la hora que concluyamos.
