2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #18
Your bargaining team met at the Common Interest Table and in Sub-Committee today. We proposed to bring the Utilities Operations into the Core Contract. We also had some productive talks around work rules, vacation availability, temporary employees, Article 10 transfers, and mechanization of requests for paid time off.
We are continuing to move methodically with the clear purpose of obtaining a progressive agreement that will make all jobs desirable as a career. It is important to become more vocal and mobilize against the insensate proposals the company expects.
Conference calls were held across the District this afternoon with the Local Presidents in order to remain transparent and keep information flowing to where the true rubber meets the road, our membership.
Special thanks to Local 3902 for the Dreamland Ribs.
