2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #21
Your bargaining team met at the main table and in sub-committee today. We agreed on improving the family of skills for the Digital Technicians. We were successful in backing the company down from forcing Service Representatives into Sales Associate Titles. We proposed a pay increase for 27 & 27L wage scales as a counter to the company’s gelastic proposal yesterday. We are very far apart; however, your efforts are beginning to pay off. We will be continuing to caucus over the weekend and will resume meeting with the company on Monday.
Keep increasing your pressure by doing your part. We are only as strong as our brothers and sisters standing with us. Remember to wear BLUE on Monday.
Amalgamated: united or combined
Special thanks to Local 3704 and 3719 for the tasty barbeque lunch. Also thanks to the unnamed construction members who travelled to Kickassistan and sent us the can of Whoop-ass.
