2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #24
Today at the bargaining table the company rejected the bridging of seniority for any service in a company acquired entity. We continued to demand fair treatment for Wire Technicians.
We expressed our displeasure with the company’s empathy toward our families due to their lack of interest in improving work rules around overtime and vacation availability. This macabre company’s lack of concern about safety is appalling. Safety should not be a tool used only to discipline employees. We are continuing to move our formula for success forward. We are standing together as one and appreciate your remarkable efforts.
Together we WILL prevail. Remember to wear RED or ORANGE tomorrow.
Indubitably: Evident, unquestionable or certain
STAND UP, FIGHT BACK
