2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #37
Dear Brothers & Sisters
Your bargaining team has been diligently working to negotiate with the company. We have done everything possible to talk reasonably with them. We have carefully considered what options will provide the best outcome for our members. Our members, by a 96% vote, have overwhelming authorized CWA to call a strike if a fair contract cannot be reached.
We will be continuing to work without a contract, however, this is not business as usual. Management will not dictate the timing of any work action.
Management needs to get serious and meet us at the Bargaining Table ready to negotiate.
It’s Our Turn
