2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #71
The bargaining team spent the day working on a counter proposal to AT&T’s wage and benefit proposal.
Yesterday afternoon we shared with the Local Presidents what we have left to resolve including issues specific to Quota Relief, Wire Tech work rules, Wire Tech Scope of Work, and attendance limitations that AT&T wants to place on all employees.
We also shared what we have already been able to stop AT&T from implementing and some of the positive things we have tentatively agreed to.
We will continue to work towards a contract that we can all view as a positive improvement and a reflection of what you have earned for this extremely profitable behemoth.
Special thanks to Locals 3403, 3410 and all the Louisiana Locals for the Cajun feast.
WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
