2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #72

Your bargaining team met today with AT&T.  We countered their inadequate wage offer, countered the company benefit proposal and gave them (once again) our position on Wire Tech issues.  We will be meeting into this evening.

We have yet to address their demands that we agree to change the existing attendance policy in Article 6.02.

We have numerous reports of positive mobilization activities throughout our district.

Thank you for your support.  We truly understand your frustration with the delay in reaching a contract.  We too are frustrated but determined to reach an equitable agreement no matter how long it takes.

Special thanks to Local 3105 for lunch today

WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
