2015 CWA ATT SE Bargaining Report #76
Your bargaining team met with the company today and passed a proposal addressing work rules. We continue to address wages, benefits, and work rules. We have stated our position numerous times in regards to the company’s financial position and the future of our members. We will continue to take a stand against this pretentious company in an effort to gain an agreement that will improve our members’ lives and provide longevity.
The company continues to make minimal movement or make realistic offers in regards to what is left to reach an agreement on. The company was advised not to bring back a counter similar to their previous one although they “failed to follow instructions”. We ask that you continue to stay engaged and let the company know we expect a fair contract.
We again want to thank everyone who has supported the team, sent care packages, and provided meals to date.
WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
