2015 CWA Print Media LLC Bargaining Report #6
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and was presented a proposal revising Article 7. We had extensive conversation regarding the impact on changes to this article however no agreement was reached and we will continue to meet on this subject.
The Company also discussed changes to the Double Time policy and presented your Bargaining Committee with a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing overtime usage for the previous 3 years. After reviewing the information, it is our opinion that there is no need to make any changes but the matter is still on the table.
The next meeting with the Company is scheduled for next week.
In Unity,
M.M. Smith - Chairperson
Gary Lawrence
J.R Rhodes
