2016 CWA YP Bargaining Report # 15
January 7, 2016 --- The Bargaining Committee met today with the Company and were presented with a detailed look at how territories are created. There still are some questions that we have regarding the process and how the transition will affect our existing members.
We also had further discussion around the sales compensation matrix and the changes that are currently being made – our immediate concerns are at what level existing people are transitioned over and how they are able to advance to the next level. The Company has no obvious plan at this time
The next scheduled meeting is Friday January 8, 2016.
In Unity,
M.M. Smith - Chairperson
Gary Lawrence
