2016 CWA YP Bargaining Report # 16
January 8, 2016 -- The Bargaining Committee met today with the Company and reviewed the latest Sales Comp matrix plan for all channels. There has been some movement on the Total Target Comp but there still remains the question on how and when a rep may advance to the next level.
In addition, today we discussed the unpaid as earned commission that is slated to go away upon transition to the new plans.
The next scheduled meeting is Tuesday January 19, 2016.

M.M. Smith - Chairperson
