2016 CWA YP Bargaining Report # 17
The Bargaining Committee met on Tuesday, Wednesday and today to continue discussions regarding the Company proposed sales compensation program. We have several concerns regarding implementation, mileage reimbursement and automobile allowance.
On a lighter note we did come to a tentative agreement on adding language pertaining to weather emergency/declared state of emergency to the work tour article.
We also came to an agreement regarding compensatory time and on reinstatement rights for employees returning from leave.
The next scheduled meeting is Monday January 25, 2016.
In Unity,
M.M. Smith - Chairperson
