2023 DirecTV Care & Distribution Center Bargaining Report #4 

Your DirecTV Bargaining Committee met again with the Company. We revised proposals concerning overtime and personnel records and presented a new proposal on improvements to funeral leave. The Company presented proposals on call center percentages, grievances, and arbitration which the Committee will review and give due consideration to; however, they have rejected proposals for additional vacation time, holidays, and improved pay differentials. We are still discussing the Company’s benefits package and continue to prepare proposals that will address the needs of all our members. We are hopeful there will be significant movement this week, and the Company will see the value our members bring to the company. Thank you for your continued support as we fight for a fair contract. United we stand, divided we fall…but together, We Are CWA strong!!
