2023 DIRECTV Care and Distribution Center Bargaining Report #7 2/5/2023 

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company and continued discussions on job security and clarified the specifics of the job classification of employees. Although the company is not interested in hearing our member's concerns about the flexibility of vacation hours to care for families or unexpected emergencies, we know these are important issues to you. We received additional proposals on the grievance procedure, mediation, and arbitration, which we will continue to review and discuss.

 The contract expires on Saturday, February 11th, so we encourage you to take advantage of the mobilization events this week to make it clear to the company that we mean business!
